J&T Express Dan Kargo (Shopee Supported Logistics)

Mulai 15 Mac 2023, berat maksimum untuk penghantaran melalui J&T Express akan diubah kepada 30 kg. Tidak akan ada sebarang perubahan pada dimensi maksimum.

J&T Express merupakan salah satu Shopee Supported Logistics bagi membolehkan penjual menikmati perkhidmatan logistik yang pantas, lancar, dan cekap untuk menghantar produk kepada pembeli.

Jika anda berminat untuk mengaktifkan J&T Express sebagai pilihan penghantaran anda, sila tekan di sini untuk menghantarkan borang permintaan perubahan anda.

Buat masa ini, J&T Express boleh digunakan untuk penghantaran sehingga 30 kg* (jumlah dimensi maksimum: 350 cm (panjang + lebar + tinggi), dan dimensi maksimum tidak melebihi 200 cm) untuk negeri-negeri berikut sahaja:

1. Selangor (tidak termasuk Kuala Lumpur)
2. Negeri Sembilan
3. Melaka
4. Johor
5. Perak
6. Pahang
7. Pulau Pinang
8. Kedah
9. Perlis
10. Kuala Lumpur
11. Kelantan
12. Terengganu

⚠️ Nota:

1. Semasa menghantar bungkusan anda, adalah penting untuk anda mengetahui sifat produk anda. Tekan pautan di SINI untuk mengetahui barangan terlarang untuk J&T Express.
2. Perkhidmatan Cash On Delivery (COD) kini boleh digunakan untuk J&T Express. Ketahui lebih lanjut di SINI.

Dimensi Bungkusan J&T Express

Hanya penjual dan pembeli di Semenanjung Malaysia sahaja dapat menghantar/membeli hingga 30 kg.

Sementara itu, untuk Malaysia Timur, penghantaran hanya boleh mencapai 30 kg, dengan dimensi maksimum tidak melebihi 90 cm. Buat masa ini, penghantaran J&T Express di Malaysia Timur hanya boleh digunakan di sesetengah kawasan sehingga diberitahu kelak.



Pengiraan berat isi padu (kg) = Tinggi (cm) x Lebar (cm) x Panjang (cm) / 5000*

*Panjang adalah sisi terpanjang bagi bungkusan anda. Tinggi adalah sisi terpendek bungkusan anda.

Untuk mengira berat isi padu bungkusan anda, anda boleh mengisi dimensi bungkusan anda di J&T's Volumetric Weight calculator.

Faedah Menggunakan J&T Express (Shopee Supported Logistics)

Drop-off pesanan tanpa bayaran pendahuluan

Anda boleh memilih untuk drop-off di drop-off point J&T terdekat tanpa membuat bayaran pendahuluan. Atau, anda tidak perlu beratur dan boleh drop-off bungkusan anda di J&T Express Priority Lanes tersedia.

Air Waybill Automatik

Daripada mengisi Air Waybill anda secara manual, anda boleh mencetak Air Waybill terus daripada Seller Centre Shopee.

Semua pesanan yang telah dihantar mengunakan nota konsainan yang dicetak daripada Seller Centre akan dikemas kini secara automatik di aplikasi Shopee. Tambahan pula, status penghantaran bagi kesemua pesanan ada akan dipamerkan secara langsung di aplikasi Shopee.

Penghantaran gabungan disokong

Caj penghantaran akan dikira dan diselaraskan secara automatik berdasarkan jumlah berat produk apabila pembeli membeli pelbagai produk daripada kedai anda dalam satu pesanan.

Bagaimana proses ini berlaku?

1. Penjual menerima pesanan untuk dihantar menggunakan J&T Express.
2. Penjual menyiapkan bungkusan mengikut pesanan yang disertakan dengan Air Waybill yang dicetak daripada Shopee Seller Centre.
3. 
   
4. Pastikan anda membungkus produk anda dengan bubble wrap untuk mengelakkan produk tersebut daripada impak yang kuat semasa penghantaran. Untuk makluman, barangan cecair dan mudah pecah dihantar atas risiko penjual.

6. Penjual menghantar bungkusan menerusi drop-off/pick-up* tanpa bayaran pendahuluan.
7. 
   
8. J&T Express akan meneruskan penghantaran dan mengenakan caj kepada Shopee.
9. 
   
10. Shopee akan membayar caj penghantaran yang dikenakan kepada J&T Express dan mengenakan baki pembayaran pesanan tersebut kepada penjual.

12. Sekiranya caj penghantaran sebenar yang ditentukan oleh J&T Express lebih tinggi daripada anggaran caj penghantaran yang dikira berdasarkan berat yang ditentukan oleh penjual dalam penyenaraian produk, Shopee akan menolak lebihan caj penghantaran daripada pembayaran penjual dan mengenakan baki kepada penjual.

⚠️ Catatan

1. *Penjual perlu mempunyai Average Daily Order sebanyak 10 pesanan sehari untuk melayakkan pilihan pick-up untuk Shopee Supported Logistics.
2. Pilihan Pick-up tertakluk kepada liputan dan ketersediaan kawasan rakan kongsi logistik.

J&T Cargo Shopee Supported Logistics

📢 Announcement

Effective 16 October 2023, J&T Cargo orders for pick-up will be able to utilise the Timeslot feature. Sellers will have the option to select from three (3) designated timeslots:

1. 9AM - 12PM
2. 12PM - 3PM
3. 3PM - 6PM

⚠️Note:

Timeslot requests will be attempted on a best effort basis, subject to J&T Cargo's daily pickup schedule.

J&T Cargo is one of the Shopee Supported Logistics which enable sellers to enjoy fast, smooth, and reliable logistics services to deliver products to their buyers.

It is currently applicable for deliveries up to 500 kg (actual or volumetric weight, whichever is higher) within West Malaysia.

⚠️ Note

Volumetric weight calculation (kg) = Height (cm) x Width (cm) x Length (cm) / 5000.

The sum of the length, width, and height of the parcel cannot exceed 480 cm; the length of a single side cannot exceed 400 cm.

4. Without lift: Up to 8 floors [80 kg and below]

Support the delivery of bulky products up to 500 kg

J&T Cargo is a Shopee Supported Logistics partner that can deliver parcels weighing up to 500 kg.

Pick-up services are available for all sellers

Automated Air Waybills

Sellers can print the Air Waybill directly from Shopee Seller Centre instead of using the handwritten waybill.

⚠️ Notes:

1. All orders that have been shipped using consignment notes printed from Shopee Seller Centre will be updated automatically on the Shopee App.
2. The shipping status for all orders will be visible directly from the Shopee App.

Automatic calculation of shipping fees

Shipping fee will be calculated and adjusted automatically based on the total product weight when the buyer purchases multiple products from your shop per order.

How does J&T Cargo (Shopee Supported Logistics) it work?

1. Seller receives an order to be shipped out using J&T Cargo.

2. Seller prepares parcel as per order attached with Air Waybill (A6 size) printed from Shopee Seller Centre. Make sure to bubble wrap the products to cushion them from any harsh impact during shipping. Note that liquid and fragile items are shipped at sellers' risk.

3. Seller ships out order via pick-up* option with no upfront payment.

4. J&T Cargo proceeds with the delivery and bills Shopee for the shipping fee incurred.

5. Shopee will pay J&T Cargo the shipping fee incurred and release the balance of the order payment to the seller.

6. If the actual shipping fee as determined by J&T Cargo is more than the estimated shipping fee calculated based on the weight set by the seller in the product listings, Shopee will deduct the excess shipping fee from the seller's payout and release the balance to the seller.

1. The pick-up option is subject to logistics partner's coverage area and area availability.
2. The estimated shipping fee is calculated by the Shopee system based on the actual weight or volumetric weight, depending on whichever is higher. Sellers are highly encouraged to input accurate listings weight and dimensions to avoid overcharged shipping fees.
