What is the Platform Support Fee on Shopee?
The Platform Support Fee is a service charge introduced to support the continuous development, provision, maintenance, upgrade and enhancement of the Shopee platform to ensure a seamless user experience. This includes exciting new and upcoming features such as the Shopee Seller Centre application, AI-generated content, Shop AI Assistant and various new features to allow sellers to optimise their sales and performance and buyers to shop easier. This fee is applicable to all successful sales transactions on the Shopee e-commerce platform.

The Platform Support Fee will only apply to sellers who have either listed their first product for more than 120 days or reached 100 orders, whichever comes first.
How is the Platform Support Fee calculated?
The Platform Support Fee is set at RM0.50 (subject to 8% SST) for each successfully delivered order (*), applicable to all orders created from 16 July 2025. This fee is directly deducted from each order before the sales proceeds are transferred to the seller's Shopee account balance.
(*) A successfully-delivered order is one listed under "Delivered" or one with a Return/Refund request accepted for "Immediate Refund" by the seller/Shopee (excluding reasons for not receiving the item).
How to check the Platform Support Fee on the Seller Centre?
Sellers will be able to check the Platform Support Fee charged on the completed orders from the tax invoice accessible via Seller Centre > My Income > My Tax Invoices.
