What is Shopee's Fast Shipper Programme?
The new Fast Shipper Programme is for all local sellers who consistently pack and hand over parcels with an Average Preparation Time (APT) of less than 1 day. Under this programme, Shopee will automatically assign a Fast Shipper tag to all items of the eligible sellers.
Benefits of the Fast Shipper Programme:
1. Additional Marketing Exposure: Sellers who qualify for this programme will be automatically assigned a Fast Shipper tag to all items in their shop. This tag is an indicator of your commitment to fast shipping and it is a selling point for buyers.
2. Dedicated Search Filter: Under Service & Promotion, buyers can choose Fast Shipper to filter and locate items that have the tag. This filter makes it easier for buyers to find your items and encourages them to shop with you.
3. Promotional Banner on Shopee's Homepage: Once a month, the Fast Shipper Programme features a promotional banner on Shopee's homepage. This increases the visibility of your items, attracting more buyers to your shop.
4. Microsite Access: The programme includes a microsite that links from the promotional homepage banner. This direct link to your shop listings makes it even easier for buyers to explore your listings and benefit from your fast shipping services.
How to qualify for the Fast Shipper Programme?
To qualify for the Fast Shipper Programme, sellers should meet the following criteria:
- Be a seller for more than 30 days
- Have at least 1 completed order in the last 30 days
- Use Shopee Supported Logistics (SSL)
- Achieve an Average Preparation Time (APT)* of less than 1 day by the last day of the month.
⚠️ Note:
- *Preorders are also included in the calculation of the Average Preparation Time (APT).
- The initial assessment for the program will consider sellers' APT as of 12 November 2023 and the tag will be assigned to sellers' items on 20 November 2023.
- Future assessments will be based on the APT on the last day of the month, and the tag will be assigned after 7 working days.

Sellers can check if they are eligible for the Fast Shipper Programme by referring to the Average Preparation Time in Account Health.
💡 Tip:
For sellers to achieve an APT of less than 1 day, it is advisable for sellers to ship out at least 70% of paid orders from 12:00 AM to 1:59 PM on the same day.
