Accessing Selling Coach

Only sellers who are part of Shopee's Free Shipping, 10% Cashback, Shopee Mall, or Priority Sellers Program are able to access Selling Coach.
1. Log in to Seller Centre and click on Business Insights.
2. Click on Selling Coach.
How can I use Selling Coach to drive conversions?
Step 1: Understand Market Demand
Discover the recent trends and products which the buyers demand by using Top-selling Products, Trending Products, and Top Keywords.
Step 2: Understand Market Supply
Browse the products suggested to identify the current supply in the marketplace and evaluate the existing listings by other sellers.
Step 3: Suggested Action
If there is a high demand but low supply for a particular product, grab this opportunity to bring the product to the marketplace.
If there are high demand and high supply for a particular product, you may still introduce your products to the marketplace but you must ensure your listings are competitive and attractive in terms of price, appearance, reviews etc. In comparison to the existing listings, you may also include the most-searched keywords in your listing if relevant.
Step 4: Continuous Improvement
Selling Coach allows you to make continuous improvements by utilising the insights from Similar Products to compare existing listings with yours and insights from Listing Optimiser to identify further areas of improvement for your listings.
