Having product images in 3:4 display ratio on your listings gives you more space to showcase your products properly, which will make it more appealing. This boosts product exposure and search visibility, increasing clicks and traffic to your store.

Here are some examples of how listings with 3:4 display ratio stand out on the product detail page:

How to upload an image in 3:4 display ratio?

1. When adding or editing a new listing, select the checkbox for 3:4 Image under the Basic Information section
2. Select Add Image
3. Upload image
4. The uploaded image will automatically be cropped and optimised to fit the 3:4 display ratio

⚠️Notes:

1. Your listing must have at least one image of 1:1 display ratio.
2. It is highly recommended to upload similar image of 1:1 display ratio on the 3:4 display ratio to have a consistent display.

To manually adjust the image, hover over the image and select the Edit icon. In the pop-up window, you can resize the cropped area, zoom, rotate or flip the image if necessary.
