Semalam apabila saya periksa jumlah penalti yang dikenakan oleh Shopee, saya agak terperanjat kerana mendapat penambahan jumlah penalti iaitu 2 penalti .
Apabila saya periksa dan mendapati Shopee telah kenakan penalti untuk saya dalam kategori meminta buyer kensel tempahan. Dan saya agak terperanjat kekuatan algoritma Shopee mengesan ayat seperti cancellation..
Saya belum pernah kena seperti ini dan saya banyak kali juga memohon buyer kenselkan tempahan tetapi belum pernah kena penalti. Mungkin saya menggunakan bahasa English yang memungkinkan saya mudah dikesan melanggar "chat violation".
Satu perkara baru untuk saya sebenarnya pada tahun 2023 ini dan satu pengajaran yang terbaik untuk saya dengan kesan yang amat pedih .
Dan akibat dari kes ini dan kes-kes terdahulu bila dicampur tambahan 2 penalti. Saya daj kena 4 penalti di kedai Shopee saya ini dan seperti biasa takkan ada sales selama sebulan.
Kalau dapat 2 penalti pun dah teruk sales , apatah lagi kalau kena 4 penalti. Anda boleh bayangkan tak..hehehehe
