[New tool] Product AI Optimiser

We're excited to introduce Product AI Optimiser, a new tool designed to work with you to sell your products more effectively. Think of it as an AI partner that grows smarter with every piece of information you share. By uploading essential data in bulk—like size charts, product attributes, and white-background images—you’ll be actively training the AI and enriching its knowledge base, helping it understand your catalogue just like you do.

This feature is enabled for all sellers, except Mall Sellers.

You can access AI Optimiser through the left toolbar or select My Products > Live > AI Optimiser.

A new centralised homepage guides you step-by-step to enrich your product data quickly, and you can complete everything in just a few clicks.

Select + Size Chart to input information about your products' size charts. You may do so for individual products or in bulk. AI Optimiser will utilise this information to smartly recommend sizes to your customers.

Select + Key Attributes to enrich your products' description. These attributes will contribute to improved search visibility and enable AI Optimiser to better respond to your customers.

Select + Clean Background Image to polish your product photo. Simply upload your product image with no watermarks showing at least 60% of the product on a clean background. If your image qualifies as a clean background image, AI-generated images with more appealing backgrounds, and selling points added will be shown under the AI-Optimised tab > AI Polish your Product Display.

Select + Selling points to enhance your products further. A minimum of 20 characters is required.

You can also add all the above information on any individual product under the To Be Optimised tab.

By filling these gaps, you're actively training the AI's understanding of your products, allowing it to start contributing across key scenarios such as customer service, search recommendations, and Product Detail Page optimisation. The more knowledge you provide, the smarter and more valuable the AI becomes—for you and your customers.

In return, Product AI Optimiser will support you with automatic buyer replies, recommending sizes to buyers, and generating high-quality AI product images. You’ll also have full visibility into the traffic and sales generated through AI-optimised listings, along with a clear overview of how AI helped with each product (i.e., how many chats were auto-replied, etc). These insights are under the AI Optimised tab.

📍 Definitions

Matched Search - Product Impressions (Total number of times your item cards were viewed) from buyers' search over the selected time period.
Size Advisor - How many buyers received AI-driven size recommendations
Chat Auto Reply - How many product-information-related buyer enquiries were auto-replied by AI

You can also manage and provide feedback on all content by selecting the thumbs-down icon if you find any AI-generated images or names inappropriate. Doing so helps AI Optimiser provide more accurate and useful suggestions. Select Manage from the AI Optimised tab to manage all AI-generated content.
